Policies

A puppy is not reserved until a deposit is made for it and by doing so you indicate that you agree to our terms and conditions as described below.

Deposits: You can place a $300 deposit to reserve your puppy immediately by clicking on the Reserve button. We use Paypal for our deposits and credit card payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make a deposit. The balance of the puppy can either be paid through Paypal, or cash when picking up your puppy. All puppies must be paid in full before leaving the premises.

Refunds: We offer refundable puppy deposits if the puppy that you picked is canceled before it is seven weeks old. We know things in life can change your ability to care for your new puppy and we would instead issue you a refund than force you to take a puppy that you can’t properly care for. However after your puppy is seven weeks of age and you default, cancel, or never pick up your puppy after reserving it, your deposit money will be used for its care and to help offset the costs of trying to find it another home. We do try and be fair and make allowances for circumstances absolutely beyond your control.

If perchance something should happen to your puppy when you have a deposit placed on it we would let you pick another available puppy, or you can use it to reserve a future puppy on an upcoming litter, or simply have it refunded.

Advance Deposits: You can reserve a puppy from a future litter by leaving a deposit at any time, which places you on our waiting list. Please be sure and tell us what gender you prefer to give us a little bit of an idea when we contact you on your preference. When a litter is born we start at the top of the list and allow people to choose their little ones. If it is your turn to pick and the available puppies are not what you want you will be placed back on the top of the list for a pick from the next litter. Future picks are allotted in the order they were declined.

Our Visitation Policy: We encourage you to visit your puppy after the puppy is 6 weeks of age. To play and bond with them before taking them home. This helps keep their stress level down when they go home for good at 8 weeks. Please no visitors before the puppies are 6 weeks old. Please remember it places stress on our mothers to have strangers come in and look at and handle their newborns. I appreciate your understanding!

We hope you will enjoy the new addition to your household as much as we have. If you have any further questions feel free to call or E-mail us anytime. We will try and assist you in any way possible.

Please do remember if you are calling or sending an E-mail on Sunday it will not be returned till Monday mornings. We do not do any Sunday business.
